Decoupage Fabric on Walls
Decoupage Wall Coverings?
Is it possible to decoupage small pieces of fabric to a wall.

If the fabric isn't too thick, you can decoupage the pieces. In decoupage, the goal is to have the design appear seamless, as if it had been hand-painted.
Decoupage media, like Mod Podge fabric, are thick and designed to self level over the glued images with only two or three coats.
If you want a true decoupage look, you may need to add more coats. But that brings up a question: do you plan to spread decoupage medium over the entire wall to get that smooth even surface?
If not, a simpler solution would be to use starch or wallpaper paste to attach the fabric pieces.
The advantages of starch are ease of application, less mess and ease of removal. When you tire of the fabric or need to deep clean the pieces, just peel away a corner and slowly strip them off.
