Decorated Easter Egg Ideas - Part Six
Different Ways to Decorate Eggs

Designer Easter Eggs
If you're looking for something a bit different for your Easter eggs this year, here are some interesting twists on the traditional dyed eg.
All of the examples shown use wooden eggs (except for the dyed sticker egg) and can be used for display purposes or for egg huntin.
Additional supplies for each egg design are listed in the individual project.
Waterslide Decal Egg
Waterslide Decal Easter Egg Materials
- Delta Ceramcoat acrylic white paint
- Paint brush
- Plaid brand Folk Art One Stroke Handpainted-Look Decals in your choice of designs or
- Your own design printed onto Lazertran Waterslide Decals
- Damp washcloth (or shallow bowl of water for Lazertran decals)
- Golden MSA Varnish

Paint the egg with two coats of white acrylic paint. Let dry completel.
If using ready made waterslide decals, lay each one face down on the egg and place a damp washcloth over the backing of the decal. This will only take a minute to d.
Then gently lift off the backing.
If using Lazertran decals, follow the package direction.
Here are a couple of Lazertran projects I've done to illustrate how easy and flexible they are to us.
The egg can then be sealed with acrylic paint sealer or a thin coat of decoupage medium.
Don't forget to decorate the back too.
