If you're looking for something a bit different for your Easter eggs this year, here are some interesting twists on the traditional dyed egg.
All of the examples shown use wooden eggs (except for the dyed sticker egg) and can be used for display purposes or for egg huntin.

Gold and Silver Leaf Eggs
Gold and Silver Leaf Easter Egg Materials
- Delta Ceramcoat acrylic white paint
- Paint brush
- Plaid brand Liquid Gold and Silver Leaf (used here) or
- Mona Lisa Gold Leafing Kit (for a more antique look)


Whether you choose real gold leaf or the liquid version which is simply painted on, these eggs add a touch of elegance to your Easter décor.
Paint the egg with one coat of white paint.
When dry put a layer of the leafing on and let dry. Do another layer if needed.
