Polymer Clay Molds Make it Easy.

If you’re a polymer clay beginner or just want a quick professional looking project, use molds!

Assembly Instructions

Choose the molds you will use. Break off some polymer clay and condition it by kneading until it is easy to work.

Smoosh a large piece of clay into the mold for the pendant and press down to capture all the detail.

Smooth and level the back so that it fills the mold without spilling over the edges.

Turn the mold upside down and gently push the clay away from the mold.

Repeat for the earrings.

Use the darning needle to make holes for the jump rings. Insert jump rings to test and remove.

Place on clean aluminum foil and then on a baking sheet or pan.

Bake at 275 F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool without touching.

Insert and close jump rings.

Use toothpick dipped in black paint to add a few details.

I traced around the eyes of the pendant and placed a tiny dot in the eyes of the earrings. Then I traced a line between the lips of each mouth.

Necklace Assembly

Use the round nose pliers to form an end loop on one end of the memory wire.

Slip the rubber tubing over the memory wire.

Slide on one long bead, a silver spacer bead, the pendant, second spacer bead and second long bead.

Form an end loop on the other end of the memory wire, cutting off any excess as necessary.

Earring Assembly

Slide an earring fob and ear wire onto one of the small jump rings, making sure the fob will be face forward when the earring is worn.

Use pliers to close the jump ring. Repeat for second earring.
