How to Assemble the Mother's Love Photo Holder
Put two coats of white paint on the base and let dry completely. Do the same with the four clothespins.
Tear the tissue paper (do not cut) into large pieces and a lot of small pieces for filling in later.
Place the larger pieces where desired on the base. Use the paint brush to put down a layer of Mod Podge and position the large pieces.
Use a finger to smooth out any bubbles. Continue to do this until the entire base is covered.
Cover with one or two coats of Mod Podge.
Cut out some design pieces from the tissue paper and decoupage these pieces onto the letters where desired. Let the base and letters dry completely.
Turn the letters over and glue a clothespin to the back of each letter.
Let them dry about an hour and then glue the bottom of each letter to the base in a style that is pleasing to you.
Cut out your photos with decorative scissors and clip one to each letter.

With or without photos, this is just love-rly.
