No Sew Decorator Pillows
Simple Ways to Dress Up Plain Pillows

Several of these can be made up in a jiffy.
They’re much more economical to make compared to buying ready made designer pillows.
Try using just strips of ribbon on another pillow or a grouping of several small doilies to form a ring. And then embellish as desired.
These are fun, fast and very inexpensive.

Assembling the Pillows
On a protected surface place the doily face down. Run an even stream of glue all around the outer edge of the doily and let set a few minutes.

Find the middle of the pillow with a measuring tape and mark with the pen. Then find the middle of the doily and make a small mark.
Lay the doily over the pillow, matching the marked spots and press down all around until the doily is flat on the pillow.
If need be, stick pins down through the doily and pillow around the outer edge until the glue has set.
Glue the sheer roses on the doily.
Cut (4) 6" strips of the ribbon cutting the ends on a slant to fit close to the seam on the pillow edging.
Lay each strip face down and run glue along the back of each piece of ribbon. Let the glue set for a few minutes.
Glue a ribbon strip across each corner of the pillow about 3 ˝" from each corner. Make sure the ends are fully glued in place.
Let dry for several hours before placing on your couch or special chair.
[Use your imagination - there are many other decorative items you can use.]
