Assembling the Pin
Trace around the eye glass lens over the each decorative paper or print and cut out.
Paint a layer of Mod Podge on the inside of the lens.
Lay the paper design for the front of the pin facing down onto the Mod Podge and coat with another layer of decoupage medium.
While this is still wet, run a slightly damp finger over the area to remove any trapped bubbles. Let dry.

Add another layer of Mod Podge to the back of the pin and lay the backing paper on top print side up. Cover with another coat. Let dry.
Use the E6000 glue to attach the pin to the back of the brooch.
Use a toothpick to run a small amount of Tacky Glue all around the outer edge of the pin.
Position the decorative trim on the line of glue and press down. Cut the ends to butt together and secure with a tiny amount of glue.
Glue a small decorative button or other object to the front of the pin for added decoration.

In the example above, notice how the button is placed on the irregularly shaped lens to balance the design.
