Is there a company out there that I can e-mail my design to and they can put it on a rubber stamp for me?

Here is a link to Stempel Tempel which allows you to upload your own design to be made into a rubber stamp.

They also have a wonderful selection of ready made art stamps and they are an angel company - meaning you get limited rights to use their designs for personal use and resale.
