Adding a Professional Touch to Your Clay Creations

A Maker’s Mark Gives a Professional Look to Your Clay Art
Where can I purchase a seal to put on my cornstarch clay creations?
DeAnna

If you need a deep clear impression to create a maker’s mark and sell your creations, good quality seals don’t come cheap.
Check out Infinity Stamps. Their Design Department can place any logo or artwork you may have including signatures and highly detailed designs.
A custom handheld acrylic stamp costs $90 and a custom handheld brass stamp is $120.

If your needs are not so exacting, you can order custom rubber stamps from Stampin.com. Rubber is suitable for stamping onto soft materials like clay.
For Stampin.com you need to design your logo in black and white, save it as a TIFF file at 600 dpi and e-mail it to the company.
The price is determined by the square inches of your design. A stamp of 1 to 3 square inches is $18.
Both sites are very user friendly and have lots of instructions to guide and walk you through the process.
You’ll find lots more information about crafting with clay in our Clay Articles Index.
